STEP 1

Are You Ready?

Open the wrapper and fold the pad out flat.

STEP 2

Peel the pad away from the wrapper and/or backing paper (the back of the pad should feel sticky). You might need to hold onto the back paper to make it easier.

STEP 3

Position it in your pants.

(for long and night pads the back is wider).

STEP 4

If there are extra flaps, remove the tab to reveal the sticky area on the wings and fold these wings around and underneath your underwear to hold it in place and keep it secure.

And you are done... Go have some fun!

Pad User!

I wear a pad under my Nike pros (cycling shorts) when I am at school. But I feel like people can see the pad over the sides of the shorts. What are people fix to this? I have tried tampons but struggle with inserting them. Up to any suggestion. X
